He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ference and Mary Ference (Stefon); his sons, Randal J. and Dean J. Ference; and his granddaughter Lacey Shurtz.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy G. Ference (Susan) of North Versailles and Linda M. Pavlovic (late Richard) of McKeesport; his daughters-in-law, Susan Ference and Beverly Ference; his grandchildren, Kelly Cucunato (Andrew), Jeffrey Ference (Stephanie), Randal Ference, Jr., Tim Ference (Shannon), Robyn Ference (Dano), Derek Pavlovic (Erica), Ryan Pavlovic (Christie), Stephanie Pavlovic (Boe), Dean Ference and Joseph Ference (Lexi); and his great grandchildren, Jaydon, Miranda, Jayden, Nylah, Emma, Vincent, Joseph, Colton, Conner, Molly, Lucy, Amiah, Alyanna, Sylvia, Jack, Abel and Scarlett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
