He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Spahr and Kathryn Spahr Sr. (King); and his children, David Spahr and Sue Rugg. He is survived by: his wife Nora L. Spahr (Miller); his son Russ Spahr of Rostraver; his grandsons, Adam, Nathan, Wesley and Aaron; and his sisters, Norma Lee Martin and Elaine Leech of Florida. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
