He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sivak and Mary Sivak (Feltz); his wife Elizabeth Sivak (Poje); his pet Fred; and his sister Dolores Knox.
He is survived by: his pet Jake; his children, Terri Ross (Todd) of White Oak, Donald Scott Sivak of White Oak and Kenneth Sivak of North Huntington; his grandsons, Evan Michael Sivak and Zachary Ryan Sivak; and his sister May Jensen of Latrobe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory (2703 Oneil Blvd, McKeesport, PA 15132). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Church. A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery (14679 Lincoln Hwy, Irwin, PA 15642).
