He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Chontos (Woll); his children, Dawn Louise Ziba of Lake Worth, FL, Christine Lynch of White Oak and David Brian Chontos (Jennifer) of Forest Hills; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Lynch, Madison R. Chontos and Benjamin R. Chontos; and his children, God Parish and Corpus Christi Worship Site. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
