He was predeceased by: his parents, James McLaughlin and Betty McLaughlin (Kiser); his brother-in-law Frank Todd, III; and his nephew Frank Todd, IV. He is survived by: his wife Annette Marie McLaughlin (Romanchak); his children, Brian James McLaughlin (Victoria) of White Oak, Keith Michael McLaughlin (Mandy) of Elizabeth Township and Jamie Lynn Butler (Andrew) of White Oak; his granddaughters, Allison, Sara, Mia, Avery and Leni; and his sisters, Trudy Roman (William) of Elizabeth Township and Bonnie Todd of Port Vue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
