She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Dembinski and Agnes Dembinski (Kaminsky); her husbands, Stanley Dudek and Frank C. Welesko; her son Ronald Welesko; her sisters, Dorothy Stash (Frank) and Martha Sivak (George); and her nephew Thomas Sivak.
She is survived by: her sons, Duane M. Welesko (Ruth) of Macon, GA and Kenneth J. Welesko (Deborah) of McDonald, PA; her daughter-in-law Susan Welesko of North Versailles, PA; her grandchildren, Kevin Welesko, Kelly Welesko, David Welesko (Natalie), Ashley Reeves (Jason), Elizabeth Liebert and Rebekah Welesko; her great grandchildren, Ava Grace Reeves, Katherine Welesko, Lillian Liebert and Claire Liebert; her nephews, David Stash (Patti) and Timothy Stash (Jane); and her niece Darlene Sivak. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
