Barbara Norene Kiser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Norene Kiser (White Oak, Pennsylvania), born in Ridgeway, Ohio, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Kiser; her parents, Delbert Wolf and Emily Wolf; and her sister Sharon Rose Exley. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Deaton (David), William Kiser (Patty), Donald C. "Kip" Kiser and Holly Spangler (David); her grandchildren, William E., Jordan, Cory Kiser (Ashton), Geoffrey, Nicholas (Micheala) and Courtney Spangler; and her sister Molly Lu Balis. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Should friends desire, donations may be made to the Carnegie Library of McKeesport (1507 Library Street, McKeesport, PA 15132) in memory of Barbara as she spent a great deal of time there in order to fuel her passion for reading.
