He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Consales and Mary Consales (Capasso). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Anthony M. Consales (Karen) of Greensburg, Denise Delorean of Scottsdale, AZ and Lynn Wynn (James) of Elizabeth Twp; his grandchildren, Cullyn Consales, Angela Wynn, Adrienne Marmon (Anthony), Timothy Wynn and Kimberlee Consales; his great grandchild Luciano; and his close friend Toni Rothacher (Amy Kaminski). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchild.
