He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Manzoni; his parents, Charles Powner and Marion DePuy; and his sister Debbie DePuy. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Daigeaun of White Mills, Donna Highhouse (Robert) of Damascus and Steven Powner (Lynn Price); his grandchildren, Heather, Ashley, Cory, Bobby, Megan and Cortney; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Gerry, Addison, Alexis, McKenzie, Jacob, Collin, Stephanie, Elena and Jocelyn.
