He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Helen McDonald (Weiss); his son Robert; his siblings, John, Robert and Kathleen; and his parents, John McDonald and Margaret Mary McDonald (Heffernan).
He is survived by: his sons, John McDonald (Veronica) of Lindenhurst, NY, Donnie McDonald (Mary) of Kitty Hawk, NC and Dennis McDonald (Margaret) of White Mills; his brother-in-law Robert Weiss of Waymart, PA; his grandchildren, Michele Ann, Robert, Jr., Alyssa, John, Jr., Alison, Kyle, Colleen, Nina and Gabby; and his great grandchildren, Callie and James Robert.
