He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Todd and Lydia Woehr Todd; his wife Joan Pauline Wieczerzak Todd; his sons, Warren and Richard Bintliff; and his sister Elizabeth Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Merritt (Skip) of Quakertown and William Todd Jr. (Roberta) of Blakeslee; and his sister Lydia McLean of Delaware.
