He is survived by: his wife Carla Costa; his daughter Erin Hollingsworth; and his extended family, Vivian Costa, Chase Weichman, Jen Quevedo, Silas Zink and Kylo Bean.
He cherished his sister June and his nephew Bobby who's selfless organ donation gave him many more years with his family.
