We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2022, Terry Lee Hook of White Haven, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur and Arlene Hook (Bortz); his daughters, Tabitha Duerr of Marcy, NY, Trista Fix of Reading, PA, Amber McQuay of Sinking Spring, PA and Jessica Hook of Peterstown, WV.; his grandchildren, Austin, Reegan, Amiah, Elliana, Neven, Zane, Blake, Lux, Isaac, Auri, Delainey and Lilliana; and his siblings, Linda Jones of Wyomissing, PA, Karen Wike of Sinking Spring, PA and Sherelynn Barna of Redford, MI. He was also cherished by 5 nieces & nephews.
