He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonidas Mouzakitis and Zaharenia Mouzakitis; and his sisters, Eleni and Eirini. He is survived by: his children, Zaharenia Victoros and Stamati Mouzakitis; the mother of his children Vasiliki Mouzakitis; his children-in-law, Tony Victoros and Michelle Cervantes; his grandchildren, Evangelos Victoros and Vasiliki Victoros; and his siblings, Theodoro, Maria, Katerina and Xrisanthi.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Protection Monastery in memory of Spyridon Mouzakitis.
