He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Quinn and Regina Widdick Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Monk; and his sister Louise Quinn Brown of Maple Shade, NJ. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be sent to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
