He is survived by: his wife Thelma Williams Perch; his children, Jerome D. Perch of Blakeslee, Steven Perch (Laura), Linda Getz (John), William Perch of White Haven and Daniel Perch (Fran); his grandchildren, Matthew, Samantha, James, Meghan, Joshua, Jason and Justine; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Leo and Marco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
