She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Allman and Sarah M. Scraver Allman; and her sister Margaret Reiner. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Dower (Wendy) of Cameron, NC, Debbie Dower of Kandern and Germany; and her siblings, Alice Touw of Pompton Plains, NJ and Kenneth DiLello of Florida. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
