He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Zawatski; and his brothers, Carl Zawatski, Edward Zawatski and Robert Zawatski. He is survived by: his parent Agnes Zawatski (Katinski); his wife Mary Ann Adamitis; his children, Eugene Zawatski, Jr. and Brenda Zawatski of Los Altos, CA; his grandchildren, Tyler Zawatski, Matthew Calderoni, Jessica Calderoni and Brandy Gelezinsky; his siblings, Joseph Zawatski and Constance Lewis (John); and also, White Haven, Plains and Harding.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in honor of Eugene Zawatski to support the research of Dr. Jean Hoffman-Censits at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
