He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ladick and Mary Ladick (Spangler). He is survived by: his sister Eileen Patrick (Ladick); his brother-in-law Robert S. Patrick; his niece Meri Jones (Gerald); and his great-nieces, Madison of White Haven and Taylor Jones of White Haven.
