She is survived by: her husband Kenneth W. Luther; her sons, Joshua Luther (Stephanie Stout) and Kyle Luther; her sister Dorothy Prementine (Joseph); and her close friends, Rita Funya, Dr. Elaine Elder and ScD. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
