He was predeceased by: his wife June Spievak (McClister); and his parents, Joseph Louis Spievak and Elizabeth Spievak (Pelley). He is survived by: his close friend Linda Bitler; his daughters, Sherry Langan (George), Dawn Johnson (Monte) and Jodi Marker (Jim); his grandchildren, Tanya Garcia (Juan), Timothy "Bear" Johnson (Jenni), Ryan Langan (Jewel), Jessie Rae Davidson (Braedon), Jerry Johnson (Michelle), Sean Langan, Cohner Marker (Kayla) and Jordan Marker; his great grandchildren, Mahkii Langan, Victoria Langan, Caleb Johnson, Adin Johnson, Clara Johnson, Oliver Johnson, Kelby Johnson, Juaquin Garcia, Noé Wylder Garcia, Ezekiel Davidson and Ayla Rae Davidson; and his brother Robert Spievak (Judy). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
