He was predeceased by: his sister Tandy Kolsky. He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Madasz and Thomas Kolsky; his wife Leslie Kolsky; his son Alec Kolsky; his siblings, Chris Thompson, Stevie Thompson, Amanda Turner and Tara Kolsky; and his friend Jacob.
