He was predeceased by: his wife Donna M. (Lantzy-Dietz). He is survived by: his children, Michael R. Henderson (Mel), Pamela A. Hook (Don) and Lisa J. Broeker (Jeff); his grandchildren, Michael (Jen), Tommy Lee, Sean, Sheena (Steve), Seth (Krys), Lucas (Alysha), Madison and Jaime; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Anthony, Samuel, Aiden and Mia; his brother Edward; and his sister-in-law Trina. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
