He was predeceased by: his daughter Karie Cawley (Doug); his grandson Jacob Biernacki; and his sister Gladys (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn (Collins) of O'Hara Township; his daughters, Kimberly Biernacki of Shaler, Kathie Wisekman (Francis) of Allegheny Township, Tomilyn Rowan (David) of Hampton and Dawn Ward of Sharpsburg; his siblings, Richard "Eddie", Francis "Eddie", Pee-Wee "Eddie", Martin "Eddie", David "Eddie", Edmund "Eddie" and Mary Ann (Quigg); his grandchildren, Zachary Biernacki, Alexis Peate (Chad), Joshua Wiskeman, Billy Kennington, Luke Cawley, Jesse Urbanek, Maya Reksinska, Elaina Rowan and Zaiden Rowan; and his great grandchild Harper Ann Peate.
He passed away from Alzheimer's/Dementia was surrounded by his wife and family.
