Theresa Kolarik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020, at the age of 86, Theresa Kolarik (Wexford, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Kolarik to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Kolarik; her son David Kolarik (Linda Mackaly); and her sisters, Mary Dvorsky, Helen Kamenar and Josephine Scappe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Fultz, Carolyn Mech and Susan Rogers (Steve); her grandchildren, Anthony, Cory, Jason and Kyle Fultz; and her siblings, Rose Ciganik, Br. John Joseph Gonchar and Albert Gonchar (Lee). She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
