We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2020, at the age of 93, Thelma M. Blaha of Wexford, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thelma M. Blaha to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Bender and Helen Schneider Bender; her husband Edward P. Blaha; and her brothers, Herbert and Edward Bender.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Maskalick (David) of Wexford and John Blaha (Karen) of Swansea, IL; her granddaughter Michelle Sands (Jason) of Lenexa, KS; and her great grandchildren, Carson and Madison Sands. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Thelma's honor to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, or to Save Our Symphony – Pittsburgh, 10106 Deer View Point, Wexford, PA 15090.
