He was predeceased by: his brother James Rush. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Wharton Rush; his sons, Andrew Rush (Fiancee Jodi Beer) and Benjamin Rush; his siblings, Sandy Tilley (William), Kathleen Quant (Mike), Joann Rush, Jill Bontempo (Bobby), Robert Rush (Judi), John Rush (Tracey) and Harry Rush (Karen); and his sister-in-law Sue Rush. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
