He is survived by: his mother Pearl Petkash (Jula) of Wexford; his wife Maria Petkash (Gagliardi); his sisters, Donna Beckett of Harmony Twp and Karen Larrimer (Jim) of Cranberry Twp; his nieces and nephews, Allison, Hayley Larrimer, Christopher, Michael Beckett, Ryan Smart (Roxie), Steven Flook, Giovanni and Anjuli Gagliardi; his great-nephew Landon Smart; his mother-in-law Mary Elaine Gagliardi of Conway; his siblings-in-law, Lenora Gagliardi of Economy and Leonard Gagliardi of Portsmouth, VA; his godmother Ruth Koloski; and his great-aunt Dorothy Pollock.
