He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mayhue and Margaret Mayhue (Avery); and his siblings, Phyllis Blackburn (Allen), Louise Wigley (Bill), Nancy Dawson (Clarence), Bonnagene Moore (Leonard), Donald Mayhue (Geraldine) and Roger Mayhue.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Switzer (Jim) and Douglas Mayhue (Lesley); his siblings, Susan DeNuzzio, Becky Castelli (Robert), Robert Mayhue and Leslie Mayhue; his sister-in-law Barbara Mayhue; and his grandchildren, Kinsey Mayhue, Cody Nedzelski (Lauren), Cory Nedzelski (Lauren), Collin and Kailey Switzer.
