John R. Kimicata Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John R. Kimicata Jr. of Wexford, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Patricia Harris and Chester Harris, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Kimicata (Harris); his siblings-in-law, Bill Miller (Betty), Mary Lou Harris and Joseph Harris (Jill); and his close friend Daisy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schellhaas & Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (1600 Stone Mansion Dr, Sewickley, PA 15143). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish (2586 Wexford Bayne Rd, Sewickley, PA 15143).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in John's memory.
