She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph S. Rimel and Alice Brown Rimel; and her husband Carl W. Schmidt. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Reidmiller (late Mark) of Wexford, Beverly Schmidt (Deborah Wilson) of Beaver and Sherri Peterson of Shippenville; and her grandchildren, Courtney Kush, Jourdan Cookson, Matthew Rodriguez, Alexandra Rodriguez, Carlen Rodriguez, Eamon Duncan, Wyatt Duncan and Felisity Peterson. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
