She was predeceased by: her father Richard C. Mayo. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Kannel (Brian) of York, PA, Jessica Diem (Stephen Morrissey) of Cranberry Twp, Adam Diem (Carrie) of Cleveland, OH and David Diem (Suzy) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Kristia, Ethan, Josiah, Micah Kannel, Maven, Eden Morrissey, Rowan, Maizie and Dresdan Diem; her brother Richard C. Mayo III of Worthington, WV; her brother-in-law Carl "Butch" Diem of Cleveland, OH; her aunt Elouise Martin; and her cousin Linda Kenner of Fairmont, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
