"Beau" Leith; her grandchildren, Sean Forbis, Ian Forbis, Sandra "Sandy" Hayes, Meghan Leith and Brittney Leith; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Hayes, Maxwell Forbis and Lilian Forbis; and her siblings, Leroy, John, Eugene Robert, Marie, Olive and Margaret.
