He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Straub and Dolores Straub (Elsesser); and his sister Gertrude Greb (Straub). He is survived by: his wife Joan Straub (Werner); his grandchildren, Samantha Farrell (Straub), Shelby Straub, Tyler Getz, Nathan Straub, Ethan Straub and Christian Straub; and his sister Theresa Straub.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sperling Funeral and Cremation Care, Inc. (700 Blazier Dr, Wexford, PA 15090). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Sweden Church of Sts. Martha (2554 Wildwood Rd, Allison Park, PA 15101).
