It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Moore of Westtown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband J. Wilson Moore; her parents, Margaret Swyderski (Harris) and Joseph Swyderski; and her siblings, Andrew Swyderski, Veronica Moncuso and Robert Swyderski.

She is survived by: her sister Constance Smith of Honey Brook; her stepdaughter Pam Moore of Oakmont, PA; and her niece Kathryn Hagan (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
