He is survived by: his children, Merl Pierce, Kenneth Pierce (Lisa), Gary Pierce (Cheryl), Donald Pierce, Carl Pierce (Colleen), Phyllis Frye (Terry), Jean McChesney (Roger) and Barb Kukla (Stanley). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
