He was predeceased by: his father James C. Neff; and his brother Dennis Neff. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Neff (Brink); his child Westover; his wife Kimberly Neff (Trout); his daughters, Allicia (Kurt Shingledecker) and Lindsay Neff; and his grandchildren, Rowan and Everett Shingledecker.
