She is survived by: her husband Francis Oaks Sr.; her children, Robert Oaks (Susie), Cindy McGarvey (Shawn), Francis Jr. Oaks (Miste), Ryan, Tony and Richard Oaks; her grandchildren, Don, Justin, Laura, Robbie Oaks, Matthew and Adam McGarvey; her great grandchild Kyla; and her sisters, Helen Dugan, Theresa Frampton (Roy "Herk") and Marge Diviney.
