She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Blake; and her son-in-law Benjamin Snyder. She is survived by: her mother Alice Blake (Helsel); her children, Wayne Jacobs Jr. (Elizabeth), Gregory Jacobs, Joseph Jacobs (Monica) of Naples, FL and Jennifer Snyder; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicole, Matthew, Quentin and Magnolia. She is also survived by grandchildren, and fur babies.
Friends will be received at the Easly Hindman Funeral Home Inc, 333 Beaver St., Hastings on Thursday September 16, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Visitors are asked to wear masks. Funeral service will be private.
