He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Isgate Sr. and Eleanor Isgate (Wishnefsky). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lynn Volk of Oregon City, Glenn Isgate of Ashland and Francis J Isgate II of Charleston, WV.. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
