She is survived by: her daughters, Debra (Andrew Ulicny) of Shenandoah Heights, Lisa (Joe Betkavsky) of Little Meadows and Nancy (Joe Costa) of Frackville; her grandchildren, Nicole Ulicny (Jerry Ray) of Norristown, Dr. Justin Siebert (Amber Eade) of Butler, Kayley Morgan (Justin Maciak), Jaycob, Joslyn Maciak of Nicholls, NY, Anne Betkavsky of Little Meadows, Rebecca (Louis Bracey) of Frackville and Joseph R. Costa of Frackville; and her great grandchild Nico Mark Bracey.
