He is survived by: his wife Gladys Payne (Wensel); his children, Robert Payne (Judy), Louis Payne (Patty) and Cindy Payne; his siblings, Peter Payne (Georgetta), Josephine Massung (George) and Pauline Bittner; and his grandsons, Nathan Payne (Nicole) and Bradley Payne (Allison). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
