He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holt and Kareen Hoff Holt. He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail Rose Holt and Olivia Grace Holt; and his cousins, Nate, Robert, Brian, Gary Hoff, Jessie Keating, Stacy Bennett and Scott Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Kevin's name to the funeral home.
