She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Joseph and Gladys Onalee Houghtaling McCaslin; and her siblings, Harvey McCaslin, Frederick McCaslin, Lyle McCaslin, Joseph McCaslin, Erwin McCaslin, Ila May Smith, Nancy Cook, Candy Dunn, Ada R. Reynolds and Mona Silsby.
She is survived by: her husband Norman R. Smith, Jr.; her children, Cory Smith (Veronica) of Keeneyville, Heather Taggart of Wellsville, NY and Erin Deaven (Joel) of Duncannon; and her sister Joy Stiles (Duane) of Westfield.
