He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn H. Moon and Violet Casey Moon; his stepmother Bonlyn I. Moon; and his siblings, Claude Moon, Barry Moon, Lynn Moon, Jr. and Candy Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Naomia F. Knickerbocker; his children, Jerry Moon (Vicki) of Westfield, Robert Moon, Jr. (Stacy) of Westfield, Connie Painter of Harrison Valley, Timothy Moon of Harrison Valley and Ronda McCaslin of Harrison Valley; and his sister Irene Lowrey (Don) of Evington, VA.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar People's Church of Potter Brook (62 Rte 49, Westfield, PA 16950). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
