Hurler; her sons, Kyle Southard (Janie) of Lampasas, TX and Brock Southard of Elkland; her stepdaughter Kimberly Kosa (Jeremiah) of Harrison Valley; her grandchildren, Trey, Parker, Kian, Avilyn, Wyatt, Emma and Cale; her brother Alvin Spencer (Pat) of Westfield; and her caregiver Wendy Swantek.
