She is survived by: her daughter Elna Kozac of Mainesburg, PA; her grandchildren, Jack Fitzwater (Angel) of Knoxville, Amanda Singley (James) of Kentucky and Cheyanne Youse of Westfield; her siblings, Fred Tompkins (Lyda), Bill Tompkins, Fran Dunn and Sharon Heysham (Randy); and her sister-in-law Judy Tompkins. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
