He is survived by: his parents, Randy Fay and Marilyn Hess Fay; his children, Cameron Fay of Westfield, Logan Fay of York and Jenna Fay of York; his granddaughters, Cali Skye Fay and Carolina Fay; his grandmothers, Virginia Alexander of Wellsboro and Eva Fay of Westfield; his sisters, Debora McCullen of Westfield and Sonya Kelley of Painted Post, NY; his half-brother Barett Van Schaick; his stepbrothers, John Van Schaick, Chris Van Schaick and Victor Van Schaick; his niece Kaila Reigh; his nephew Dale McCullen; his former wife Kimberly Fay of York; his aunts, Linda Rodman (Donald) of Clifton Springs, NY, Eva Buckley (David) of Ulysses, Linda Eick of Osceola, PA and Pat Haggard; and his uncle James Abbey (Kim) of Tunnelton, WV. He is also survived by great-aunts and great-uncles; cousins; close friends.
