He is survived by: his daughters, Mindy Stephens (Ryan) and Megan Culkin (David); his grandchildren, Trinity Wimpelberg, Carter Stephens, Logan Stephens and Sophia Culkin; and his siblings, Stephen Dickinson, Holly Musselman (Jeff) and Cindy Dickinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
