She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton L. Graves and Madge Fillmore Graves; her husband Robert M. "Shorty" Outman; her daughter Sharon L. Wheeler; and her siblings, Maxine Graves, Mark Graves and Ed Graves.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Bellows (Donald) of Austinburg, PA, Bradley Outman (Janet) of Westfield and Gary Outman (Kim) of Westfield; her son-in-law Daniel C. Wheeler of Harrison Valley; and her siblings, Clayton L. Graves, Jr. (Pauline) of Little Marsh, PA, Gordon Graves (Charlotte) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Francis Graves of Westfield and Gretchen Lewis of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
